Troubleshooting While Entering The Online Application
I entered before and need to pay and start a new application
If you already have a user account on the website, log in to your account, click the “my account” link in the gray box on the right side of the page, click the "Edit" tab, then click “Participant Information” and complete all of the required fields. Make sure to check the box “I would like to enter this year’s Buckminster Fuller Challenge.” This will allow you to start the payment process, which will lead you to starting a new application.
My images are not loading:
Images need to be .jpgs, sized to 2000x2000 pixels to be successfully uploaded. Please make sure your images sizes are correct prior to starting the process.
Image file names must not contain any spaces, if they do they will not be uploaded properly
My application was not saved:
All required fields must be filled in order to save a draft of an application. We suggested that you insert a place holder in every field while you work like a number or letter; or you can also prepare everything offline and input the information in one setting.
My answers are not fitting in the feilds provided but I know they are the correct word count:
Not every word/character counting software is created equally. We use 8 characters per word. We have carefully tested the character counts in the system and they are accurate, you will need to rework your answers to fit the field provided.
