To implement the plan, I will contract an HR recruiter to spearhead the formation of the Buckminster Production Company (BPC) via strategic acquisition of talent. Initially, a business development specialist will be hired as C.E.O at $40k annually with a discretionary bonus plus 10% annual profit-sharing. Offered roughly the same compensation package, a technical lead/C.I.O. and project planner/C.O.O. will be hired once the C.E.O. has secured $100k in start-up capital for their combined salaries
and burden. As direct reports to the President of the production company (myself, Emily Walker) these initial employees will determine many specifics relating to the sequence of evens undertaken to accomplish the formation of the subsequent endeavors. The BPC will create and promote sustainable entrepreneurial ventures. Each venture’s primary goal is stated below and the groups’ common secondary goal is to spur market competition. I believe in the power of harnessing capital markets towards noble ends. Whole health-making industries (not to be confused with the “health care” industry) which respond in answer to many current sick-making industries must emerge and the ventures proposed aim to begin the process of industry creation. LeLa Games - A catalyst venture and initial revenue source for the production company, the company will contract an inexpensive game developer to create simple, addictively entertaining games which teach foreign language to English speakers with separate product lines for adults, children, and teens. The company will create LeLa (learning language) Games websites targeting various demographics./Create a site with a free sample game to teach numbers in Spanish. Offer a subscription for $3 monthly to the first 1000 subscribers, $4 monthly to the next 1000, and $5/month for all subsequent subscribers. Offer classroom subscriptions for $.50/head monthly. Site will offer dozens of games, mastery of which confers a large foreign language vocabulary. LeLa will begin with Spanish, then branch into many other languages, and will charge incrementally for additional language subscriptions. Half of the profits will pay profit sharing compensated executives and employees. The other half will be used to fund subsequent ventures listed below.

Ultra-green, intentionally designed building systems which incorporate cutting-edge cradle to cradle systems technologies./Redirect expertise developed with smaller-scale Greenspot 1 company and leverage strategic relationships to expand development from single properties to entire ultra-green communities.
