Instructions for Entering The Buckminster Fuller Challenge
Submitting an entry to the Challenge requires several steps (outlined below). We encourage all entrants to begin the process as early as possible. Please review the Eligibility Requirements before you begin your submission. We also highly recommend you make use of the Reference Documents and the Frequently Asked Questions found on this site.

ENTRY DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT (Eastern Time), OCTOBER 30th, 2007.
In order for your entry to be considered, you must follow all instructions completely and accurately.
All participants in The Buckminster Fuller Challenge (individuals or team leaders) are required to submit the following:
- A non-refundable US $50 processing fee
- A signed Terms and Conditions agreement
- A completed Entry Form
There are two methods by which to submit an entry to the Challenge:
- Online, via the Challenge website, or
- In hard copy, via post or courier.
We prefer entries to be submitted online. If however, you are not able to submit online, your entry will not be compromised.
If submitting your entry online, you will also be required to make your payment online (via PayPal) and to sign your Terms and Conditions agreement online.
To ensure your privacy and the validity of your identity, you will be required to enter your name and email address at several points during the submission process.
If submitting your entry in hard-copy, you will be required to send your payment (check or money order), the signed Terms and Conditions agreement along with three (3) complete sets of the Entry Form and three (3) complete sets of the images (if applicable) to The Buckminster Fuller Institute.
We do not accept entries by fax.
We do not accept entries by email.
WHETHER SUBMITTING ONLINE OR IN HARD COPY, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BEGIN THE ENTRY PROCESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
If submitting in hard copy, your entry must be postmarked or date stamped on or before midnight (Eastern Time), October 30th, 2007.
